Once the fundamentals are achieved and individuals are ready to take the next step in their career transition journey, Forces Transition Group moves them into the ‘job acceleration’ phase, which offers access to:
Online Job Fairs: Held on the last Friday of every month (excluding December), these fairs provide opportunities for instant interviews and meaningful conversations with partner employers.
Live Transition Days: Taking place quarterly at venues across the country, candidates can pre-book multiple interviews with employer partners through the FTG brochure. Upon arrival, their day is fully scheduled with interviews with their chosen employers.
