Veteran Wellbeing

Being part of the Armed Forces is a unique role, and one that can have lasting effects. Whether you are actively serving or have been medically discharged, your mental health and wellbeing continues to be important.

If you, or someone you care about, are struggling with feeling overwhelmed or suffering from anxiety, then we can help along with connected charities and military support groups who understand your circumstances.

OP Courage – The Veterans Mental health and Wellbeing Service is a national support scheme providing assistance covering transitioning to civilian life, support with substance misuse, advice on benefits and housing support.  Providing you are registered with a GP, and have your military service number we can refer you to their service and the local section.

Combat Stress – a dedicated mental health helpline is available, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 0800 138 1619 for when you need to talk.

Wellbeing coaches – There are other localised therapists who specialise within veterans’ welfare that we can direct you to.

You’re not alone. Our advisors are here to listen, support and give guidance every step of the way. Contact us to chat through support options today.
