Dean Phillips
Veterans Welfare Lead
After undergoing the medical discharge process from the armed forces following over 22 years of service, Dean was left with many concerns as he entered a very unfamiliar stage of his life.
Dean now uses his experience to support Service Leavers and Veterans with transitioning from the armed forces to Civilian life.
Dean’s Story
Mr Richard Williams
Chief Medical Officer
After going through his own transition, he saw first-hand the challenges veterans face—especially around ongoing medical care and practical advice. Now, he’s using that insight to support others in his role with us.
If you’ve suffered from an injury that was directly caused by your service in any of the branches of the Armed Forces, including types of injuries such as hearing loss, we’re here to guide you through each step of the process

Ollie Osbourne
Veteran Health and Wellness Specialist
Ollie Osborne, a former Royal Marines Commando and founder of the Warrior Wellness Movement, created a results-driven health and performance system to help veterans rebuild strength, resilience, and purpose after service. Drawing on his 14 years of experience and his own recovery from multiple injuries during two years in Hasler Company rehabilitation, Ollie developed an evidence-based program that empowers veterans to restore the physical and mental standards they once lived by.
Ollie now works alongside the Veterans Welfare Group as a Strategic Partner and Veteran Health and Wellness Specialist for the Beyond Duty+ programme. Through one-to-one coaching and the support of his Warrior Wellness team, he helps veterans rebuild strength, confidence, and purpose, guiding them to regain control of their health and move forward in civilian life with renewed pride and direction.

Cassidy Little
Ambassador
Former Lance Corporal Cassidy Little has experienced the camaraderie, the struggles, and the disorientation that military personnel feel after they leave the Armed Forces. He knows the battles don’t end when service does.
For Cassidy, supporting fellow veterans is rooted in empathy, purpose, and genuine connection. It’s about walking “shoulder to shoulder” with them, not just offering advice from a distance.
