The Forcer Protocol
The Forcer Protocol is a UK-wide safeguarding initiative that supports serving personnel, reservists and veterans who may be vulnerable or at risk of going missing. It allows individuals to securely record important personal information in advance, such as medical needs, triggers and trusted contacts, so that emergency services can respond more quickly and with greater awareness of their circumstances.
Developed from lived experience within the armed forces community, the protocol is designed to improve safety, speed up search efforts and ensure the right support is provided at the right time.
