Eligibility Criteria for Prize Draw
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have served or are currently serving in the UK Armed Forces (including the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, or Ministry of Defence). Proof of service may be required to verify eligibility before the prize is awarded.
Monthly Entry Eligibility
The raffle is open only to new sign-ups to the Veterans Welfare Group database within each calendar month. For example, if you sign up in July, you will be entered into July’s draw.
How to Enter the Raffle
There are multiple ways to enter the raffle, including through Meta and TikTok campaigns where a data collection form may be used, as well as via the Veterans Welfare Group website.
Winner Selection Process
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the 1st day of the following month (or the next working Monday, if the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday).
Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy.
Entry Limitations and Disqualification
Only one entry per person is allowed. Veterans Welfare Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be entering multiple times, violating the terms, or failing to meet the conditions stated on this page.”
Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The winner will be notified via email or phone on the draw date. If the prize is not claimed within 7 calendar days, a redraw will be conducted, and this process will continue until the prize is successfully claimed.
Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
UK Residency Requirement
You must currently reside in the UK to be eligible.
Right to Modify or Cancel
Veterans Welfare Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Consent to Contact
By entering, you agree to be contacted by Veterans Welfare Group for the purpose of administering the prize draw and in line with our privacy policy.
Publicity of Winner
The winner’s name may be published on our website and/or social media platforms, unless they request anonymity.
Effect of Unsubscribing on Entry
Unsubscribing from the Veterans Welfare Group database within the same month of sign-up will not disqualify you from that month’s raffle
