Mission Motorsport – National Transition Event 2026

This year’s theme, “NTE – Celebrating our national asset: the UK’s Armed Forces community,” highlights the event’s purpose: recognising the value of Service personnel and helping them find THE job, not just a job.

Whether starting your resettlement journey or exploring your next move, NTE provides a clear, honest view of the civilian workplace and the support available, leaving attendees informed, empowered, and confident.

Delivered by Mission Motorsport in association with Mission Community, NTE welcomes over 1,900 participants, including Service Leavers, Veterans, Reservists, Cadets (16+), family members, employers, charities, and key decision-makers. Attendees gain direct access to organisations such as the Ministry of Defence, Office for Veterans’ Affairs, Gold Alumni Association, and numerous service charities.

At NTE, attendees can:

• Network with companies actively recruiting from the Armed Forces community

• Receive honest guidance from trusted sources, including veterans thriving in civilian careers

• Access practical support from a wide range of agencies and services

• Explore sectors, skills, and real opportunities, including automotive and clean energy

• Experience Mission Motorsport’s Troops’ Track Day with supercar passenger rides on the GP Circuit

• Take part in the new Cadet Karting Challenge for 2026
