Armed Forces Day North East Lincolnshire Weekend 2026

North East Lincolnshire’s Armed Forces Day 2026 (AFD26) will take place from 26–28 June, with the main event on Saturday 27 June. Established in 2011, it has grown into a flagship, free public event held across Cleethorpes seafront, attracting large audiences and uniting the UK Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans, cadets and their families.

The weekend will feature parades, entertainment, aerial displays and capability demonstrations, celebrating and recognising the contribution of the Armed Forces while strengthening public support.

A full programme will be released following approval from the Events Safety Advisory Group, Police and Emergency Services, with updates shared via the official website. AFD26 flags will also be displayed across major public buildings throughout North East Lincolnshire for 14 days.
