The partnership between the Forces Employment Charity and the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is built on a shared commitment to ensuring that every Service leaver has access to support. Regardless of length of service, all members of the Armed Forces are able to draw on unrivalled expertise and guidance as they transition into civilian life.

The skills, experience and qualifications gained during military service are highly valued across a wide range of industries. Through its work with CTP, the Forces Employment Charity supports ex-Forces personnel in translating those strengths into opportunities across new sectors. Together, they ensure Service leavers are well positioned to stand out in a competitive job market and can clearly demonstrate how their skills, values and professionalism align with the needs of today’s employers.
